8150 Flow Totalizer Monitor and Relevant Flow Sensors

Signet's 8150 Flow Totalizer Monitor typically uses coil type flow sensors such as the 515, 525, and 2517. However, using an external power supply allows users to use other Signet Flow sensors that require power and provide an open collector output. The drawing below shows an example of how to connect a 2551 Magmeter to a Signet 8150 Flow Totalizer Monitor. Pin 1 requires the signal ground and pin 3 requires the open collector input signal from any Signet Flow sensor with an open collector output.

NOTE: The terminal block below applies to the Magmeter only.
